The Inner Landscape Meditation

Everyone has an inner landscape that they can draw on. Being able to access this inner landscape is useful for creativity, relaxation and the cultivation of healing thoughts. Some people go to their inner landscape when they want to drift off to sleep, other people use it pro-actively during certain kinds of life experiences, varying from commuting to dealing with medical procedures such as chemotherapy. This meditation looks at a landscape over the four seasons, and invites the listener to experience and observe.

Rainbow Meditation

This meditation uses colour as a source of inspiration. The rainbow is a powerful metaphor, and by walking into the rainbow it is possible to relate to the key life-giving colours first-hand on a physical, mental and psychic level. Many using this meditation have found it to be very calming.
